How correct were the bookies for SummerSlam odds?

Usually, bookies have most, if not all, the matches figured out during pay-per-views. SummerSlam had a pretty big card, 13 in total, and judging by the odds we published yesterday which were valid up till 1PM EST, the results were a mixed bag.

Out of 13 matches, odds were correct in eight of them, with the remaining five matches all won by the underdogs.

Bookies correctly guessed Brock Lesnar, AJ Styles, Natalya, Neville, Ambrose and Rollins, Big Cass, Fin Balor, and Randy Orton winning their respective matches.

However, Shinsuke Nakamura, The New Day, Alexa Bliss, Baron Corbin, and Hardy Boyz and Jason Jordan were all favorites to win their matches but their opponents pulled the upset.

Smart money on Jinder Mahal winning his match against Nakamura came in late in the evening.
