Gunther’s opponent at WrestleMania will be decided next week in a gauntlet match featuring six WWE Superstars.

The match will have Ricochet, Chad Gable, Sami Zayn, Bronson Reed, Shinsuke Nakamura, and JD McDonagh and the winner will get an Intercontinental title match next month at the show of shows.

Last year’s match for the Intercontinental title at WrestleMania was a triple threat match which also included Sheamus and Drew McIntyre and was one of the best matches of the year.

This gauntlet match is one of the three matches which were announced for next week’s show which also includes Liv Morgan vs Becky Lynch and The Kabuki Warriors vs Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark.
