Finn Balor brings back The Demon for Gunther

The Demon Finn Balor returned on Smackdown last night as Danhausen’s special experiment.

Danhausen, and his Minihausens, suffered the wrath of Gunther during the broadcast, with the Austrian star beating everyone up to ruin his Halloween party.

But just as he was going to choke Danhausen out, his experiment which was teased all show, turned up in the form of The Demon.

Balor came out and took out the former WWE World Heavyweight champion, ending the segment with an impressive Coup de Grace from the top of a ladder while Gunther was lying on the announcer’s table.

This was the first time that Balor brought back The Demon gimmick since WrestleMania 42 in April.

While Gunther vs Balor was being used on marketing material in Saudi from Crown Jewel, the match was never officially announced for next week’s broadcast yet.
