Fees paid by WWE to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson revealed in latest SEC filing

While The Rock has not appeared on WWE television in quite a while, he continues to reap the benefits of being an active member of the TKO Board of Directors and for his services agreement with WWE.

In the latest document filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, TKO revealed the amounts paid out to Dwayne Johnson as part of his DJ Services Agreement with the company, where he agreed to provide to WWE certain promotional and other services, including the licensing of the term The Rock for WWE merchandise.

During the year ended December 31, 2025 TKO paid Johnson $4.0 million for this agreement.

He also receives annual royalties in connection with the sale of licensed products that utilize the term The Rock and his name, likeness and other intellectual property rights in accordance with the agreement.

TKO paid $900,000 in royalties during 2025 for use of his likeness.

Johnson is also entitled to reimbursement for certain travel expenses associated with delivering services and was paid $600,000 for these expenses in 2025.

The Rock owns a total of 289,673 shares in TKO, with a value of over $40 million. He received 96,557 shares this year as part of his agreement to be on the TKO Board.
