Cody Rhodes returns at Saturday Night’s Main Event

Cody Rhodes returned at Saturday Night’s Main Event last night, his first appearance since losing the WWE championship at WrestleMania 41 Sunday.

Rhodes came in to even the odds in the main event after John Cena interfered on behalf of Logan Paul, assaulting Jey Uso after getting rid of the referee. Rhodes sprinted to the ring and attacked Cena, hitting the Cross Rhodes and then made sure Uso picked up the victory against Paul to retain the title.

After the match, Rhodes got the mic and told Cena that he ruined enough and at Money In The Bank, he got Logan Paul as his tag team partner and he has Jey Uso as his tag team partner, challenging him for a tag match.

Earlier in the broadcast, Cena told Uso that he would be watching closely and wondered what would happen when the clock strikes zero and he retires as the WWE champion and a YouTuber is the WWE World Heavyweight champion.
