Deadline has an exclusive story where it confirms Cody Rhodes being cast in the new Naked Gun movie reboot.

The WWE champion joins Liza Koshy, CCH Pounder, and Buster Rhymes in the updated cast but Rhodes will only have a cameo role which will be pivotal in the movie. Liam Neeson, Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, Kevin Durand, and Danny Huston are also in the cast.

Rhodes has not had any movie roles prior to this and his most recent acting gig came as a character on the television series Arrow.
