Chris Jericho’s social media accounts hacked

Chris Jericho’s Twitter and Instagram were hacked earlier today and his Twitter account was changed from @IAmJericho to @GayChrisJericho.

Following the hack, the account was unverified by Twitter but is now back in the hands of Jericho and Twitter has restored the @IAmJericho username and verified button. The name was also changed to “Fright & Fade #GM.”

Whoever hacked the account sent some nasty messages to both Triple H and Vince McMahon containing explicit language. The hack was apparently done by a group calling themselves Galvanize Mob.

UPDATE: At around 2:30PM EST, the account was once again hacked and the name was changed to “I got hacked…AGAIN” although this time they did not change the Twitter handle.
