Charlotte Flair says she has tested positive for COVID-19

Charlotte Flair announced yesterday that she has COVID-19 and that’s why she has been absent from WWE television.

“I know everyone has been wondering where I have been,” Flair wrote. “I tested positive for COVID and have been home resting. Thank you everyone for your love.”

There have been unconfirmed rumors that Charlotte threatened to walk out if Andrade did not get his release and the former NXT champion not only got his release, but also got away without the standard 90-day no-compete clause.

Flair was removed from WrestleMania promotional graphics a couple of weeks ago, a move which raised some eyebrows since she was scheduled to take on Asuka for the Raw Women’s title. That opportunity is now going to someone else and Flair looks like she will be missing WrestleMania completely this time around.
