Candice LeRae advanced in the Women’s Speed title tournament after she defeated current TNA star and former NXT talent herself Xia Brookside last night on the broadcast.

The match took place under Speed rules, meaning a three-minutes maximum match. The winner of this tournament will meet Women’s Speed champion Sol Ruca.

LeRae is representing the WWE main roster while Brookside represented TNA. Laney Reid will represent NXT next week in her match against Faby Apache who is representing AAA.

The Women’s Speed title will be on the line at the No Mercy premium live event later this month.
