Becky Lynch and Drew McIntyre become #1 contenders, earn shot at WrestleMania

Becky Lynch and Drew McIntyre got their ticket to Philadelphia and will be wrestling for the respective world titles at WrestleMania after they each won the Elimination Chamber.

Lynch got her moment first after she pinned Liv Morgan last to earn her shot at the title. The final three also included Bianca Belair, who Morgan beat with a roll-up. The ending of the match came really quick after Belair was pinned with Lynch immediately hitting the Manhandle Slam on Morgan for the victory.

Lynch will now meet Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World title after Ripley cleared her obstacle in the form of Nia Jax in the main event of the show.

Meanwhile, Drew McIntyre is getting another crack at gold, this time in front of fans, as he outlasted five other guys in the men’s Elimination Chamber match. McIntyre pinned Orton to get the victory after Logan Paul, who had just been eliminated with an RKO out of nowhere, came back for revenge and knocked out Orton with the brass knuckles.

McIntyre now faces Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight title, with Rollins revealing earlier in the night that he’s just days away from being cleared to compete following his knee injury.
