Grammy Award winner Bad Bunny gave back the WWE 24/7 title to R-Truth last night on Raw, ending his 28-day reign as champion.
Bunny, fresh from his Grammy Award appearance on Saturday night, was in a backstage segment along with Damien Priest, Miz, Morrison, and R-Truth, who tried to sneak up on Bunny but got caught.
Seeing that this is Steve Austin Week, Truth gave Bad Bunny several Steve Austin merchandise, including a replica Steve Austin championship title and an Austin lunch box. Truth told Bunny that he could even store his Grammy in the lunch box!
Bunny asked Truth what he wants in return, and Truth said he wants his title back. “You know what, I respect you, man. I respect this business, and hm, you deserve this more than me,” Bunny said as he handed over the title to an excited Truth.
Before the duo left, Priest did have one question for Truth though. “What’s his name?” Priest asked. “His name is Bad Bunny,” Truth responded, finally getting his name right!
Bad Bunny showed up on Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago and performed one song with the WWE 24/7 title.
