AJ Styles taking over a class at the WWE Performance Center

WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles revealed on his Phenomenally Retro Podcast that he will be teaching a class at the WWE Performance Center.

Styles, who last week had a hand in producing the main event of NXT, said that he’s “going to be taking over for one of the coaches” after spending a week at the PC, which he described as a “great week.”

He said he’s really enjoying trying to inspire younger talent and be able to produce them on television.

“Being at the PC and seeing these guys work hard, and they’re willing to work hard for you as I take over a class,” he said. “Seeing them respect me enough to really work hard, to not go slack off because AJ’s here and not because our original coach isn’t, is a big deal to me.”

Styles retired at the Royal Rumble, losing his final match to Gunther.
