Adam Cole takes out Roderick Strong as the end of The Undisputed Era arrives

It’s safe to say that Adam Cole is no longer part of The Undisputed Era after last night on NXT, he took out another of his team mates, Roderick Strong.

The former NXT champion, whose segment addressing his actions was the main event of the show, said he was sorry for what he did to Kyle O’Reilly and he really wished he could talk to him man to man but that was not possible due to his attack from last week. Cole apologized for losing his cool with O’Reilly and said he was going to try and fix the situation.

A pissed off Roderick Strong however was skeptical about all of it and blamed Cole for betraying the brotherhood. Just as he was about to enter the ring, Finn Balor interrupted and went straight for Adam Cole. As the two brawled, Strong went in to save Cole and he and Balor took the fight outside the ring before Cole leveled Balor with a superkick.

With Balor taken care of, Strong and Cole went back in the ring and Cole cried and apologized to Strong. Strong told him he’s his brother and the two hugged. But when Strong shook hands with Cole, who was still on the mat, Cole hit him with a low blow. “You’re stupid,” Cole told Strong. “You’re dead to me,” he continued as he ripped The Undisputed Era necklace from his neck.

With Strong on his knees, Cole proceeded to superkick him too, ending the broadcast and his association with The Undisputed Era.
