AAA to hold special live event in Acapulco on January 2, 2027

WWE will be holding a special AAA event in Acapulco, Mexico on Saturday, January 2, 2027.

“New year. New memories. One unforgettable night in Acapulco,” The Undertaker wrote in a post on X. “On January 2, welcome the new year together at Arena GNP Seguros, surrounded by the warmth of the coast and the energy of an unforgettable night.”

Arena GNP Seguros is the largest ATP Tour venue in Latin America and holds up to 12,000 fans. It’s the biggest in a complex of tennis courts and stadiums in the city, which plays host to the Mexican Open.

Rey Mysterio, Dominik Mysterio, El Grande Americano, La Catalina, Mr. Iguana, La Parka, Omos, Perros Del Mal, and Psycho Circus are currently featured on the marketing material.

It’s unclear at this point if it will be taped for television or just a live event.
