2016 NXT Year-End Awards winners announced

The 2016 NXT Year-End Awards were announced during the NXT Takeover: San Antonio Kickoff show today.

Peyton Royce and Billie Kay won the Breakout Stars of the Year; #DIY vs The Revival from NXT Takeover: Toronto won the Match of the Year; The Revival won the Tag Team of the Year; Asuka won the Female Competitor of the Year; Shinsuke Nakamura won the Male Competitor of the Year and also the Overall Competitor of the Year.

WWE advertised another award, Takeover of the Year, but the winning event was never announced.
