TNA shares medical updates on Chris Bey and Vikingo

TNA has shared medical updates on Chris Bey and Vikingo after they both suffered injuries during the Bound For Glory weekend in Detroit.

Bey, who suffered a neck injury during the Impact TV tapings on Sunday, underwent successful surgery and had an MRI yesterday for further evaluation. Bey is still in hospital and will remain there for a few more days, with family members joining him, along with TNA Wrestling management and wrestlers who are staying in Detroit.

Vikingo also had a trip to the hospital on Sunday night for a right knee injury and is currently on crutches wearing a knee brace. The Mexican star flew back home on Monday and TNA says he will be examined and treated by his specialist.

“TNA Wrestling thanks everyone for their continued thoughts and prayers. We will update when additional updates are known. Please respect the privacy of Chris Bey and Vikingo, and their families, during this difficult time,” the statement said.
