TNA Wrestling today officially announced the signing of Elayna Black.
Black, the former Cora Jade in NXT, returned to TNA for the January 15 premiere on AMC. She had previously wrestled on TNA while she was part of the NXT roster last year.
The company published a video of the 25-year-old signing her contract in the presence of TNA President Carlos Silva and Tommy Dreamer.
Appearing on Busted Open Radio today, Black said that she’s in TNA for the long haul, although she admitted that she was a bit hesitant about joining due to TNA’s close relationship with WWE.
“I kind of felt like I needed to distance myself, which I think it was good me taking that time off,” Black said on the show. “I feel very more removed than I did at the time.”
During her time away from the ring, Black launched a highly successful OnlyFans page.
