TNA fired Mr. Anderson after failed drug test

Former TMZ reporter Ryan Satin of ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that Ken Anderson didn’t quit TNA but was fired after failing a drug test.

The report states that Anderson taped a match against Eric Young for the January 19 edition of Impact but he looked so out of it that the match had to be edited off the show. After getting backstage, TNA officials forced the man known as Mr. Anderson to take a drug test and then was sent home from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Anderson failed the test and those who saw the match said that he appeared to be under the influence of something when he stepped between the ropes. The fact that he was allowed to go out there and perform when he looked like he was drugged backstage was the first mistake TNA did in this situation.
