James Storm explains why he returned to TNA instead of signing with WWE

Speaking to Bill Apter in a video for 1wrestling.com, James Storm explained why he eventually returned to TNA rather than signing with WWE.

Storm said it all went down to supporting his wife and two kids and TNA gave him the best offer and he had to take it. The former champ also said that he had “unfinished business” at TNA however he did not close the door on a WWE return.

He called his short stint at NXT a “mutual agreement” and said that the door is still open for him to go back. “I talked to Hunter and to me he is one of the greatest minds and one of the best guys I’ve talked to especially business wise.” Storm added that Triple H treats the boys with respect and everyone gives him respect back.

Storm returned to TNA during the live Impact on Pop earlier this week. It was reported earlier that TNA offered Storm more than twice the money that WWE offered him to come back.
