Riddle, with a drink in his hand, took over the gate’s PA system and even dropped an F-bomb as a gate agent, laughing, took the microphone away from him.
It’s unclear if this is from the JFK incident earlier this month after the Raw crew came back from India where Riddle accused a TSA agent of sexually assaulting him.
Riddle was released from his WWE contract for disciplinary reasons last week.

WWE Hall of Famer Edge is officially a free agent as his WWE deal expired today, September 30.
Edge has opted not to sign an extension to his deal, one which he admitted he had in his mailbox, and is largely believed to be heading to All Elite Wrestling.
Since his contract expired, there is no 90-day no-compete clause so he could appear on AEW tomorrow at the WrestleDream pay-per-view if he wanted to.
While he wouldn’t be able to use the name Edge anywhere since that is WWE’s intellectual property, his theme song is a different story since it’s performed and owned by Alter Bridge and just like CM Punk’s ‘Cult of Personality’ song, it can be used anywhere as long as fees are paid for usage.
Edge wrestled his last WWE match in Toronto on Friday Night Smackdown on August 18 against Sheamus.
He was also removed from the Smackdown intro and was removed from the WWE internal roster.
Heels show runner Mike O’Malley told Entertainment Weekly in an interview that they are looking for a new home where season three and beyond of the wrestling drama could live.
STARZ canceled Heels this week, with O’Malley saying that he got a text from STARZ President Kathryn Busby while he was on the picket line asking if they could talk.
“Those aren’t necessarily the most positive texts,” O’Malley said. “And so, I just called her up and I just said, ‘All right, what’s up? You canceling Heels?'”
He said that some of the actors are still under contract and they’re now actively looking for a new network as he believes the show will have a life somewhere else.
O’Malley said that the strikes that put Hollywood to a grinding halt was the final nail in the coffin so to speak as they couldn’t promote or talk about the show once the strikes hit. He also added that STRAZ doesn’t have the marketing and advertising muscle behind it either.
O’Malley, who also plays the character of Charlie Gully on the show, said that they did not intend the season two finale of Heels to be a series finale and wants to deal with the aftermath of the shocking ending.
Shawn Michaels told the members of the wrestling press yesterday that he found out about Mustafa Ali’s release just moments before Ali was notified and was caught by surprise to then find out that Dana Brooke got the pink slip too.
Michaels admitted that Ali’s firing took them by surprise too considering he was booked in a match at No Mercy.
“I think the world of Mustafa. I had a great working relationship with him in the time that he was here, I will miss him,” Michaels said when asked about Ali’s release.
The NXT team were not given a hint who was getting canned despite both Ali and Brooke being involved on TV every week.
“I feel we made a great pivot, we adjusted, and he’s an unbelievably creative and talented young man and no doubt his future looks incredibly bright and he’ll be successful,” he continued.
Speaking about Dana Brooke’s release after 10 years, HBK said that was too a surprise as they had a story going on with her on TV. He said that he enjoys the time with the stars from the main roster and he feels at NXT they give them “the love and passion back” for pro wrestling and they become better performers.
“That’s something that is important to me, that they have that experience here in NXT. Those would be the two because those are the two we had the deepest storylines with down here,” he continued. “There are always times you have to make adjustments creatively. We’ve done that in the case of Mustafa and we’re going to do that in the case of Dana.”
This week’s Dynamite drew 855,000 viewers, down 129,000 viewers from last week’s Grand Slam episode. This was the least-watched episode of Dynamite since August 9 and faced heavy competition from the Republican debate as well as some premieres including the popular Survivor. The show did a 0.28 rating in 18-49, down 0.08 from last week and was #3 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)
PWInsider.com is reporting that LA Knight has been cleared to return tonight on Smackdown after last week he tested positive for COVID-19 and was forced to go home.
Knight’s absence messed up the plans for the main event that night as he was supposed to come to the aid of John Cena during the beatdown by The Bloodline.
While Cena is now taking on Uso and Sikoa in a handicap match at Fastlane, it’s expected to change with Knight back in business as his tag team partner.
LA Knight has been massively over for the past few months in terms of crowd reaction and merchandise and teaming him up with Cena will continue to elevate him in more ways than one.
Cena did put over Knight during the Payback premium live event after he refereed his match against The Miz.
Mickie James is having another go at the Impact Knockouts title as she will be challenging champion Trinity at the upcoming Bound For Glory pay-per-view on October 21.
James never lost the title during her last run and had to surrender it in April because of an injury that kept her away from the ring for several weeks, missing some important events, including the Rebellion pay-per-view.
Trinity has been champion since the Slammiversary pay-per-view when she beat Deonna Purrazzo.
The other matches announced for Bound For Glory so far are Alex Shelley vs Josh Alexander for the Impact World title, Chris Sabin vs Kenta for the X-Division title, and Will Ospreay vs Mike Bailey.
The next NXT premium live event, Deadline, will be taking place on Saturday, December 9 live from the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The announcement was made today by Shawn Michaels, Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative, during a conference call with the press.
Tickets for NXT Deadline go on sale Friday, October 6 at 10AM ET via ticketmaster.com. Exclusive pre-sale opportunities will be available beginning Wednesday, October 4 at 10AM ET.
During a conference call with the wrestling press ahead of this Saturday’s No Mercy premium live event, NXT’s Shawn Michaels tackled the predictable CM Punk question that was thrown his way.
Asked by Nick Haus if he would take CM Punk to NXT if presented with the scenario, Shawn Michaels praised Punk and said he had positive experiences with him and even went as far to say that they might have similar personalities in a way.
“Of course we’d welcome CM Punk in NXT,” Michaels said, although he quickly added that Punk would probably not be interested in that and he’d prefer the main roster.
HBK said that the decision is above his pay grade but if he gets in trouble for answering the question the way he did, he’d let us know! Hah!

Jon Moxley remains on the sidelines and was not medically cleared to be part of last night’s Dynamite.
AEW President Tony Khan announced in a post on X that doctors were unable to medically clear him for the show, but Fenix was cleared in time to defend the AEW International title which he won from Moxley last week.
Mox was spiked on his head during the match and received a concussion. The referee did not pick up Moxley’s audible and stopped the count at two even though he did not lift his shoulder. That prompted Fenix to hit a second Black Fire Driver for the pin.
It’s unclear if Moxley will be part of the WrestleDream pay-per-view this weekend.
Dynamite last night ended with a cliffhanger after a group of masked men attacked Jay White backstage.
After the four men laid out the Bullet Club Gold member, the camera turned around to show another man who was overseeing the attack wearing the devil mask, a mask previously sported by MJF. The show then faded to black.
White was earlier in the broadcast involved in an in-ring promo with MJF as AEW teased a future confrontation between the two.
What is the meaning of this?! "Switchblade" Jay White was just attacked backstage!
After a couple of weeks of great numbers, NXT ratings crashed back to earth with 636,000 viewers tuning in this week, down 188,000 viewers from the prior week. The show did a 0.18 rating in 18-49, down 0.06 from last week and placed #3 in the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: SpoilerTV)
AEW is returning to Chicago for Thanksgiving Eve as the tradition of Dynamite in the city continues this year as well.
After holding Dynamite, Collision, and All Out in Chicago earlier this month, the Wintrust Arena will host the November 22 episode of Dynamite, with tickets going on sale on October 6 at 10AM CT.
None of the three Chicago shows held earlier this month sold out and usually the Chicago crowd turns up for AEW. One show was held at the NOW Arena and the other two were at the United Center. They also happened to take place when CM Punk was fired, which did not help.
AEW also announced a November 15 episode of Dynamite from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, and Collision from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the Peterson Events Center on November 25.
Boxing is a physically demanding sport that requires athletes to be at the peak of their physical condition. From powerful punches to agile footwork, a boxer’s performance depends on a combination of strength, endurance, and agility. To achieve and maintain these attributes, many boxers are turning to physical therapy as an integral part of their training regimen. Physical therapy not only aids in injury prevention but also plays a vital role in enhancing boxers’ performance and expediting their recovery.
In this article, we will delve into how physical therapy benefits boxers, with a focus on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and post-fight recovery.
Preventing Injuries Through Rehabilitation and Conditioning
In a sport as physically intense as boxing, injuries are almost inevitable. From strained muscles to joint issues, boxers often experience various injuries during their careers. However, physical therapy can help boxers minimize the risk of injuries through targeted rehabilitation and conditioning programs.
Physical therapists work closely with boxers to identify and address weaknesses and imbalances in their musculoskeletal system. They create personalized exercise routines that improve core stability, flexibility, and strength. By targeting specific areas prone to injury, such as the shoulders, wrists, and ankles, physical therapists help boxers build resilience and reduce the likelihood of injury. Additionally, proper conditioning enables boxers to maintain their stamina throughout long fights, ensuring they remain in top form, even during the final rounds.
Rehab Advice from a Licensed Physiotherapist
While the benefits of physical therapy in boxing are undeniable, it’s essential to highlight the expertise that licensed physiotherapists bring to the sport. As explained by the Rehab 49 team, these professionals play a critical role in a boxer’s journey by offering expert guidance and tailored rehabilitation advice. A licensed physiotherapist can pinpoint the root causes of injuries and provide boxers with a comprehensive recovery plan. Moreover, they empower athletes with the knowledge and tools to maintain their physical well-being outside of therapy sessions.
By heeding the advice of a licensed physiotherapist, boxers can better understand their bodies, make informed decisions about their training, and continue to improve their performance while minimizing the risk of injuries. In the dynamic world of boxing, this personalized guidance is the linchpin that connects injury prevention, performance enhancement, and post-fight recovery, ultimately ensuring that boxers reach their full potential and remain at the top of their game.
Enhancing Performance with Specialized Training
Physical therapy goes beyond injury prevention; it also plays a crucial role in enhancing a boxer’s performance. One of the key aspects of performance enhancement is improving biomechanics. Physical therapists analyze a boxer’s movements and make adjustments to optimize their form. This includes refining punching techniques, footwork, and defensive maneuvers. By honing these skills, boxers can deliver more powerful punches while conserving energy, making them more formidable opponents in the ring.
Furthermore, physical therapists employ cutting-edge technologies and tools to assess a boxer’s physical abilities comprehensively. This data-driven approach allows them to tailor training programs that target specific weaknesses and amplify strengths. Whether it’s improving hand speed, agility, or endurance, physical therapy ensures that boxers can fine-tune their skills and gain a competitive edge.
Accelerated Recovery and Injury Rehabilitation
Despite the best preventive measures, injuries can still occur in boxing. When they do, physical therapy becomes a crucial component of the recovery process. By providing specialized care and guidance, physical therapists help boxers bounce back from injuries faster and more effectively.
Physical therapy utilizes a combination of modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and state-of-the-art equipment, to expedite healing. Whether it’s a torn ligament, a fractured bone, or a muscle strain, physical therapists develop tailored rehabilitation plans that promote tissue repair and restore function. They also educate boxers on proper self-care techniques, such as stretching and icing, to manage pain and prevent re-injury.
Physical therapy is a game-changer in the world of boxing. It not only minimizes the risk of injuries but also enhances performance and speeds up the recovery process when injuries occur. Through targeted rehabilitation, performance optimization, and injury management, physical therapy empowers boxers to reach their full potential and excel in this demanding sport. As more boxers recognize the invaluable benefits of physical therapy, we can expect to see a new generation of fighters who are not only stronger and faster but also more resilient and injury-resistant.

Adam Cole’s journey in AEW got another setback after he announced that he broke his ankle in three different places last week after he jumped from the stage to come and support MJF.
Cole and MJF were part of an in-ring promo during Dynamite yesterday and Cole wore a cast on his leg and came out on crutches.
Cole said that he also tore his ligaments and will require surgery to repair all the problems. Before he could finish the sentence that they were going to surrender the ROH Tag Team titles, MJF intervened and said that he will defend the titles by himself until he returns.
His girlfriend, Britt Baker, shared the x-ray of his broken ankle and a photo of the bruises on X.
“This guy broke his ankle in 3 places on a freak accident. He still hobbled around on live tv because as we like to say ‘the show must go on,'” she wrote. “@AdamColePro gives his entire heart and soul to pro wrestling. He’s one tough cookie and this is just a small bump in the road. He’ll be back better than ever BAYBAY.”
