Announced last night on Collision, the tournament will have 16 AEW stars who are drawn at random, including the reigning Continental champion Jon Moxley.
The final at All In will have the AEW Continental title and the Continental Cup up for grabs.
All the participants and matches will be revealed on Monday by AEW President Tony Khan and announcer Tony Schiavone in a video on the AEW YouTube channel.
This tournament is not replacing the fan favorite Continental Classic, which usually takes place later in the year.

AEW today announced that it has added six other indie promotions to its MyAEW streaming service.

How are you feeling?
“Good. I think the big nerves are still to come, obviously. But I think because I feel like I’ve got my body right, now I feel a bit more comfortable. In the beginning, when I first sort of realized that this was on the horizon, I think my biggest concern was my physical ability. I don’t mean my ability to execute a bodyslam. I mean my conditioning. I suppose I should take it as a compliment that upper management didn’t seem to have very much concern about that. But I was very concerned, and I remember saying to Ed Koskey, there’s a big difference between physique shape and ring shape, and I only have one of those right now.”
But you look enormous!
“Honestly, I say this with all sincerity. My focus for the last couple of weeks, or a little more than that, has been entirely on conditioning, performance and conditioning. You’re not going to make a whole lot of difference to your physique in four weeks. Obviously, you can make some significant dent in your body fat and you can tighten up. But I’m not going to add any muscle. I’m not going to make any drastic changes to my proportions or composition or anything, but the focus had to be on being able to go. I basically just decided, okay, whatever happens with the physique, it is what it is. The physique’s somewhat there, so I have to be able to go.”
Did you always have it in the back of your mind that a match in WWE might be possible?
“Yeah, might be, but that doesn’t mean that this one didn’t come as a total shock, because it did. You know what’s funny? There were two people when there were other moments where it looked like that might be on the cards. Two people that said to me, ‘You have to stay somewhat ready because they’re not gonna give you three months’ notice. You’re gonna get like a couple weeks.’ One was Mickie [James], and one was Randy [Orton]. Because last year at WrestleMania, a lot of people felt like maybe that was a possibility. Was never discussed with me, you know, and even Randy even kind of leaned toward it on TV. But like I said, I try to make a point to stay out of it in that respect. I didn’t lobby for anything. But I remember Randy talking to me at WrestleMania and kind of saying, you know, you need to stay ready, because it’s gonna happen, and they’re gonna do it like that. It’s gonna come out of nowhere.”
There was so much buzz online leading up to that WrestleMania 41 match with Randy Orton, his mystery opponent. Did you think it could have been you?
“Yeah, it could have been. I mean, could have been anyone. It was a great spot for Joe Hendry. I thought it was a really entertaining segment. It was a great piece of business for WrestleMania. But had they decided, hey, it’s there, that would have been great. But I will say, this has real meat on the bone. With Randy, that would have been cool, but it would have been very much like a sort of, oh, hey, let’s have a wrestling match kind of thing. It would have been nice, but it would have felt very sort of, you know. This has some genuine emotion.”
So how do you think you got this match with Gunther?
“I think that, and I have to tread carefully here because I certainly don’t want to ever try to speak on behalf of Triple H. But I think that maybe he looked at the landscape, looked at the possibilities, and decided I think there’s money in this over this guy or that guy as an opponent for Gunther. I only say that because that’s how I would look at it.”
Fans know there’s some history here with Cody, especially that match you’re talking about there [in NWA]. Does that history possibly come over here to WWE?
“Who knows? I think that we’ve already leaned into it from time to time anyway. Again, trying not to speak on Hunter’s behalf. I think his general philosophy, when it comes to that kind of thing, is if you know, you know. So we can’t make it the whole story, but it can be part of a story, which I think has been a healthy approach to his storytelling. I think you could say the same for some of the stuff you’ve seen with guys who were in the Bullet Club. There’s nods to it, but not you’re making it where you’re completely out of the know if you’re unfamiliar with what they’re referencing.”

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful is reporting through his Select service that TNA Knockout Mara Sade is currently a free agent as her TNA contract has expired.
Sade is still in negotiations with TNA over a new deal but Sapp reports that she has talked to other promotions as well, so it’s not a lock that she will re-sign with the company.
The 31-year-old worked for WWE for four years under the name of Jakara Jackson where she was part of the Meta Four faction and teamed up with Lash Legend. She was released from WWE in May 2025 and signed with TNA Wrestling two months later in July where she has been performing under the Mara Sade name.
WWE announced that it is moving night one of AAA Triplemania 34 from the small theater inside the Luxor to the much larger MGM Grand Garden Arena at the MGM Grand Hotel.
The show immediately sold out when it went on sale, with just over 1,600 tickets made available.

“Hangman” Adam Page returned on Dynamite last night, his first appearance on the broadcast in almost five months.
Page, who made one Collision appearance in his home state of Virginia a few weeks ago, showed up in the first segment of the night, offering to help Will Ospreay as he prepares to fight for the AEW World title next month. Ospreay refused the offer, saying he couldn’t trust Page considering his history with Omega.
The former champ then appeared again later in the broadcast, helping Brody King and The Conglomeration in their battle with The Demand and The Lethal Twist.
Page cannot wrestle for the AEW World title ever again after he lost to MJF at Revolution.
The SummerSlam Superstore opens tomorrow morning inside the Minneapolis Convention Center on 1301 2nd Ave. S.
The Superstore will house the largest collection of SummerSlam merchandise under one roof, including exclusive items such as replica championship titles, Superstar apparel, signed memorabilia, collectibles, mini-titles and more.
The opening hours will be from 10AM to 9PM tomorrow, 9AM to 11PM on Saturday, and 9AM to 11PM on Sunday.
The SummerSlam Takeover, a condensed version of WWE World, also opens tomorrow.
It features a wide range of fan activations throughout the weekend, including paid Superstar autographs & photo ops, Superstar Entrance, Top Rope Jump, Club WWE, the Ram Trucks experience and the “Super Troopers 3” experience.
Opening hours for SummerSlam Takeover are tomorrow from 10AM to 7PM, Saturday from 9AM to 4PM and Sunday from 9AM to 4PM.
Superstore and Takeover entry are free to the public.
The fallout from the Redemption pay-per-view and the road to All In starts tonight live on Dynamite from the Masonic Temple Theatre in Detroit, Michigan.
Only two matches have been announced for tonight so far:
Maya World vs Persephone for the TBS title
Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, and Kyle O’Reilly vs The Demand for the AEW Trios titles
Plus, new AEW Women’s champion Willow Nightingale will have her championship celebration and AEW World champion Kenny Omega will be in the house as well.
Dynamite airs live at 8PM ET on TBS and also on HBO Max.
Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods posted an animation of two Unicorns breaking from their chains and exiting a circus, signifying they’re now officially free agents.
“Daybreak,” wrote Kofi, giving credit to director and designer Daven Poe for his animation.
In the animation, the two unicorns run towards a frightened ringmaster but they keep running, as they go past another unicorn who has a broken horn on his head. The two unicorns have teary eyes but they get a nod from the other injured unicorn, and they nod back in return.
They run towards the locked exit of the circus with their horns ready to bust through, but the animation doesn’t actually show the impact, although it shows the door busted open from the outside and footmarks towards a sunset.
The next transition shows two figures, clearly identifiable as the caricature versions of Kingston and Woods, walking away, leaving the horns of the unicorn behind.
Kingston and Woods left the WWE after they were asked to renegotiate their contract with a lower salary. Their departure sent shockwaves throughout the industry as they were considered WWE lifers.
The July 20 episode of Raw had 2,400,000 global views on Netflix, matching the same number of the previous week.
The show was #6 on the Netflix global top 10 chart and had 4,100,000 viewing hours, down by 1 million from the prior episode mainly due to an edited show of just 1 hour and 37 minutes.
Raw was only in the top 10 chart in seven different countries for the week, charting in Bahamas, Bolivia, Canada, Ecuador, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, and United States.
