John Cena announces the Last Time Is Now tournament to determine final opponent

WWE yesterday announced the Last Time Is Now tournament which will determine who will be John Cena’s final opponent.

The announcement came via a video narrated by John Cena himself, who said that the most-asked question for the past year has been who will be his final opponent. He said that his answer is always the same…he wanted someone to seize the opportunity, the same one he was given on his first day.

So on November 10, live from Raw in Boston, Massachusetts, a 16-man tournament with competitors from Raw, Smackdown, NXT, and even maybe some who don’t even work in WWE, will kick off for the coveted spot to face him next month.

Whoever the winner will be, “is not going to be hand picked, but is going to be hard-earned,” Cena said.

John Cena’s final match will be on Saturday, December 13 live from the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC as part of Saturday Night’s Main Event.

CM Punk wins the WWE World Heavyweight title for the second time

CM Punk reached the top of the mountain again last night at Saturday Night’s Main Event, defeating Jey Uso to win the vacant WWE World Heavyweight title.

The match, which main evented the broadcast, involved a couple of GTS’s, spears, and super kicks as both men kicked out of each other’s finishers but one more GTS sent Uso to sleep, at least for the three-count.

Punk’s first reign as the WWE World Heavyweight title champion cut short at SummerSlam when Seth Rollins cashed in his Money In The Bank briefcase on him, revealing that his knee injury was not real. This time around, Rollins had to surrender the title because of a legit shoulder injury.

After the match backstage, WWE champion Cody Rhodes helped Punk wrap the title around his waist.

Saturday Night’s Main Event November 1 pick’em report

Saturday Night's Main Event

Hello Everybody! It’s @TheMagnumDA with a very special edition of the Pick’em report. Many of our fans here at Wrestling-Online grew up in the 1980’s and 90’s watching Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC, so tonight we thought it’d be fitting to put the WOPC Championship on the line in a Saturday Night’s Main Event Pick’em! Colin has been steadfast as champion for a number of months, but let’s see what happens when he defends the title in a Confidence Pool Pick’em!! As of this writing, we’ve got four huge Championship matches planned. Colin and I will put 4 points on the highest confidence pick, and only 1 point on the pick we’re least confident about. With that in mind, what are we waiting for?!

ON WITH THE PICKS!

WWE Women’s Championship
Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill

Colin: I am glad they pulled the trigger on Jade’s heel turn. She was doing nothing as a face despite the potential being there. I think being a heel suits her better and while I like Tiff as the champ, I think it’s time to switch things up a little bit. Jade lost a couple of title shots along the way, but tonight is her night. Jade wins! – 3 points

Magnum: Let’s start this off with a bang – Jade’s winning the title. There’s not a doubt in my mind about this one. Her recent turn on Smackdown showed the side that is most natural for her – she’s a born heel. She’s ruthless, she’s mean, and she’s paid her dues. Tiffany is the longest reigning champion in WWE – that ends on Saturday Night. Jade wins the title – 4 points

WWE Intercontinental Championship – Triple Threat
Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Penta vs. Rusev

Colin: I would love for Penta to get his hands on some gold. Dirty Dom is already the AAA Mega champ and doesn’t need two belts to run around with. But I have a feeling he will find a way to weasel his way out and win this match and retain. Dom retains – 1 point

Magnum: Now, this is a dangerous play in the Confidence Pool Pick’em. Both Colin and I could conceivably lose this pick, which could make a difference in the final score. Now, having said that…I’ve read some reports about Dirty Dom facing John Cena at the Survivor Series for the one championship John has never held – the Intercontinental Championship. The only way that can happen is for Mysterio to win this match. So let’s run with the rumors – I’ll take Dirty Dom to retain – 3 points

World Heavyweight Championship – Title Vacant
CM Punk vs. Jey Uso

Colin: I don’t think Jey as champion worked to be honest. The road to getting there was exciting but once he got the title…meh. Yeah, he has a great entrance and is super over with the crowd, but something is just missing. On the other hand, Punk is just…built for this. I would be really, really shocked if Punk doesn’t win tonight. Time for Punk to have a proper run with the gold. CM Punk gets it! – 4 points

Magnum: Woof! This is probably the most challenging pick of the evening. I feel like they need to put the title on Punk to keep this thing with him and The Vision going – some have speculated that Punk will actually JOIN The Vision and reunite with Paul Heyman. Wouldn’t that be wild? Anyways, I’ll roll with Punk here – 2 points

Undisputed WWE Championship
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

Colin: Cody’s second run has been somewhat of a dud, hasn’t it? Maybe not his fault, but it pales in comparison to his first run. I don’t think the addition of the stipulation changes things much here, unless Drew has a plan to screw Cody and have someone attack him to get Cody DQed. It would be a clever way to lose the title while keeping Rhodes strong by not getting pinned. But anyway, somehow, QB1 will come out on top in this one. Give me a Cody win. – 2 points

Magnum: Now, here’s the one where I am willing to take a chance. I don’t think Drew is going to become the WWE Champion, per se, but I don’t think this is the last chapter between these two. Something’s going to happen that allows Drew one final crack at the title – he could win it here and defend it at Survivor Series, or he could win by DQ and get his last shot down the road…either way, I am willing to go with Drew winning this match, but I’m only going to put 1 point on it. – 1 point

That’s going to do it for us – we’ll be back later in November for SURVIVOR SERIES: WAR GAMES! From all of us here at Wrestling-Online, thank you for checking us out! @TheMagnumDA signing off.

Saturday Night’s Main Event live tonight on Peacock from Salt Lake City

Saturday Night's Main Event

WWE will be holding its fourth Saturday Night’s Main Event broadcast live tonight from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The show only has a total of four matches – all of them for a title – and will be free of certain limitations as from now on, all future SNME broadcasts will be on Peacock and not on NBC.

A new WWE World Heavyweight champion will be crowned tonight as CM Punk battles Jey Uso for the vacant title. Both of them are former champions, although Punk’s first reign with the title was only a couple of minutes before Rollins cashed in.

The WWE title is also on the line as Cody Rhodes defends against Drew McIntyre. McIntyre convinced Rhodes to add a stipulation to the title match where if Rhodes gets disqualified or counted out, the title will also switch hands.

Tiffany Stratton looks to extend her reign as the WWE Women’s champion as she takes on Jade Cargill. Cargill, who just recently turned heel, is looking for her first singles gold in WWE and tonight could be the night that Tiffy Time expires!

And the fourth match is for the Intercontinental title and will be a triple threat match as Dominik Mysterio defends against Penta and Rusev. Mysterio’s plan to interrupt Penta vs Rusev on Raw backfired as instead of facing only one, now he has to face both of them.

Saturday Night’s Main Event kicks off at 7PM ET on Peacock in the United States and will stream on YouTube internationally. The event is not covered under the Netflix worldwide media rights.

More on women’s Blood and Guts match to be revealed tonight on Collision

Blood and Guts

Blood and Guts is only two weeks away and the planned women’s match has received little to no mention on AEW television.

During a live stream on X yesterday, AEW President Tony Khan confirmed that the match is still on for the November 12 broadcast and more information will be announced tonight on Collision.

It was Jamie Hayter who uttered the Blood and Guts words to set up the match over a month ago but nothing has been done since then.

The men’s match was set up this past Wednesday on Dynamite, with The Death Riders facing The Conglomeration inside the steel structure.

Blood and Guts will be held from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina and airs as a regular episode of Dynamite on TBS and HBO Max.

Dynamite this week drew 459,000 viewers, down 18,000 viewers from the prior week and the least-watched episode ever for the series. The show had a 0.08 rating in 18-49, the same number of last week and placed #7 in the top 50 cable chart for the night. Dynamite also had heavy competition from the MLB World Series game. Stipulation added to WWE Championship match between Rhodes and McIntyre

The WWE championship match tonight at Saturday Night’s Main Event had a stipulation added to it during the contract signing yesterday on Smackdown.

McIntyre complained to General Manager Nick Aldis that last time around, Rhodes got himself disqualified and kept the title, saying that the contract is lopsided against him since the title cannot change on DQ or count out and Rhodes could use those tactics again.

Rhodes wanted to shut McIntyre up and agreed to the change in rules against the advice of Aldis, with now the championship able to change hands if Rhodes gets himself disqualified or counted out.

It could also get complicated as if someone one McIntyre’s behalf attacks McIntyre during the match, Rhodes is disqualified and McIntyre would be champion.

Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens reunite…at an NHL game in Tampa Bay

Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho watched an NHL game together this week, with Jericho uploading the photo together sitting in the stands with the caption, “Best Friends!”

The two stars were at the Benchmark International Arena as the Tampa Bay Lightning played the Dallas Stars, with their home team of Tampa Bay winning 2-1.

Jericho is rumored to be heading back to WWE once his AEW contract expires at the end of this year and if that indeed happens, crossing path with Owens again would certainly be on the books.

Owens and Jericho were involved in one of the most memorable segments on Raw, the Festival of Friendship, where Owens ended up turning on Jericho after months teaming together.

Owens is still on the sidelines since undergoing neck surgery in July. He has been out of action since March.

Booker T wants Mercedes Mone to get a Reality of Wrestling title!

On his Hall of Fame podcast which airs on ESPN Radio, co-host Brad Gilmore asked Booker T if he would let Mercedes Mone compete for his Reality of Wrestling indie promotion and even maybe go for a title.

“Yeah, not even a shadow of a doubt,” Booker replied immediately. “Without even thinking about it. She wants to come to Reality of Wrestling, drop me a line!”

Booker even said he’ll do something that Mone currently loves – give her another title!

“We’ll get you in, we’ll even put the title on you! Mone wants the Reality of Wrestling titles? Come on down and get it…I’ll sign it right now,” Booker added.

The Wyatt Sicks visit the Firefly Fun House at Universal Studios

WWE posted a near six-minute video showing The Wyatt Sicks – Erik Rowan, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, and Nikki Cross – visiting the Firefly Fun House at Universal Studios during the Halloween Horror Nights event.

Rowan, having worked with Bray Wyatt extensively throughout his career, was obviously very emotional during the visit.

“And like, to me, it’s so cool…but it sucks,” he said. “I know they [Bray and Brodie] see it. It’s just, that’s why I say it’s cool.”

The foursome were also met by Jason Baker, the special effects artist who worked on a lot of stuff for Wyatt, including The Fiend mask, puppets, and gear.

Baker and Rowan shared a long embrace inside the house.

“We’re the only two guys crying in a haunted house,” Baker said as cameras captured it all.

The Firefly Fun House is available to walk through at both Universal Studios Orlando and Hollywood.

How knowledge management tools can boost your bottom line

In today’s hyper-competitive business environment, the effective management and utilization of knowledge can be a significant differentiator. Knowledge Management (KM) tools serve as a repository for organizational wisdom, housing data, processes, policies, and best practices. By leveraging this collected intelligence, companies can greatly enhance their efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Understanding how KM contributes to a company’s finances is crucial for decision-makers aiming to invest in the right tools. Below, we delve into the multifaceted benefits of KM tools and how they can substantially improve your company’s bottom line.

Exploring the Financial Impact of Knowledge Management Tools

Using a knowledge management tool like RightAnswers or Panviva can boost a company’s financial performance by improving productivity and reducing time spent searching for information. It helps retain critical knowledge despite employee turnover, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing costly mistakes.

As businesses scale, a knowledge management tool supports growth without letting costs spiral. With centralized insights, companies can better forecast financial needs, plan budgets, and invest wisely—ultimately protecting their bottom line while driving smarter innovation.

Streamlining Processes and Increasing Efficiency with Knowledge Management

Efficient enterprise operations rely heavily on optimized processes, and knowledge management (KM) plays a crucial role by centralizing data for easy access. This eliminates silos, reduces redundancies, and speeds up workflows. KM tools also foster collaboration by enhancing communication across teams, which drives organizational agility. Automation of routine tasks through KM systems, such as AI in customer service, improves efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Real-time knowledge updates support ongoing process improvements, enabling companies to stay responsive to evolving market demands. Together, these capabilities empower businesses to streamline operations, boost productivity, and adapt faster through informed, collaborative, and data-driven decision-making.

Knowledge Management as a Catalyst for Innovation and Growth

Innovation thrives when knowledge is effectively shared and leveraged. Knowledge management (KM) tools provide a framework that helps capture ideas and transform insights into actionable solutions. By giving employees access to historical data and promoting knowledge contribution across the organization, KM tools foster a culture where creativity can flourish.

Employees are more likely to share bold ideas when they know their input is valued. These tools also track knowledge flows to uncover patterns and guide strategic planning and R&D. KM systems support external growth by presenting clear organizational insights, which build trust and ease integration during mergers or strategic partnerships.

Reducing Operational Costs Through Effective Knowledge Sharing

KM preserves institutional knowledge, protecting companies from costly disruptions caused by employee turnover or the need for external consultants. Self-service knowledge bases lower customer support costs by allowing customers to solve simple issues independently, freeing up support staff to address more complex concerns. These efficiencies translate into smarter resource use and increased productivity across the organization.

Enhancing Decision-Making and Customer Satisfaction with Knowledge Management Systems

Knowledge Management (KM) systems enhance decision-making by offering centralized access to organizational knowledge, enabling leaders to draw from past outcomes for more informed, strategic choices. In customer-focused businesses, KM tools support personalized service by consolidating feedback, preferences, and interactions, fostering stronger customer loyalty.

These systems also help predict customer behavior, allowing companies to proactively adjust offerings and stay ahead of market trends. By equipping staff with real-time insights, KM tools improve responsiveness and satisfaction. These tools contribute to a stronger brand reputation, as satisfied customers share their experiences, boosting advocacy and expanding the business through positive word-of-mouth.

Overall, the case for investing in knowledge management tools is a compelling one. Strategic implementation of these systems has proven to yield financial benefits, streamline processes, ignite innovation, trim operational costs, and enhance decision-making and customer satisfaction. By embracing KM tools, businesses can ensure they are not just surviving but thriving in the modern economic landscape.

The Complete Guide to 16 oz Boxing Gloves: Everything You Need to Know

What Does “16 oz” Mean and Who Uses Them?

When shopping for boxing gloves, the ounce measurement refers to the weight of a single glove, not the pair. 16 oz gloves are on the heavier side of the standard boxing glove weights and are the go-to choice for athletes who prioritize power and protection. These gloves sit right in the middle of the heavyweight category and have become the industry standard for serious training.

Who wears 16 oz gloves? Experienced boxers and athletes, heavy hitters, and those focused on conditioning all benefit from 16 oz gloves. They’re ideal for sparring partners, serious trainers who spend significant time on heavy bag work, and athletes preparing for competitive bouts. While beginners can technically use 16 oz gloves, they might find them slightly cumbersome at first as they’re heavier than lighter training gloves.

Why Choose 16 oz Gloves? Understanding the Key Benefits

Choosing the right glove weight is crucial for your training goals. 16 oz gloves offer maximum impact absorption and provide unrivaled protection for your hands and wrists during high-intensity training. But the benefits go far beyond just protection.

The extra padding in 16 oz gloves serves a dual purpose: it protects your hands from the impact of repeated punching while simultaneously safeguarding your training partner during sparring sessions. Heavier gloves provide more padding, which means better protection during intense sessions, and they also add a bit of resistance, helping you build strength and endurance as you train. Think of it as an extra workout for your arms while you’re perfecting your punches. The added weight creates natural resistance that conditions your shoulders, arms, and core over time.

For those focused on conditioning and mental toughness, 16 oz gloves deliver demanding workouts that test your limits. The cumulative effect of training with heavier gloves translates to improved overall boxing strength and devastating knockout power once you transition to lighter competition gloves.

16 oz vs Other Weights: When to Pick Which

Understanding the differences between boxing glove weights helps you make the smartest choice for your specific training needs. Here’s how 16 oz gloves compare to other standard weights.

12 oz Gloves are lighter and faster, making them ideal for hand speed drills and light bag work. If you’re focused on developing quick combinations and footwork, 12 oz might be your choice. However, they offer less protection than 16 oz.

14 oz Gloves strike a balance between 12 and 16 oz. 14 oz boxing gloves are designed for training and bag work, offering a balance of protection and agility. They’re perfect if you want to maintain speed while getting decent protection, making them great for mixed training sessions.

16 oz Gloves are your essential choice for sparring. 16oz gloves are recommended for bags, pads, partner drills, and sparring. The extra padding provides essential injury prevention when trading blows with a partner.

18 oz Gloves are even heavier and typically reserved for heavy bag work when you want maximum impact absorption or for larger fighters. 16 oz, 18 oz, and 20 oz gloves are the go-to sizes for sparring and provide maximum protection with added padding.

The practical tip: use lighter gloves (12-14 oz) for speed work and lighter bag sessions, transition to 16 oz for sparring and general heavy bag training, and consider 18+ oz only if you’re a heavier fighter or focusing purely on power development.

How to Choose the Right 16 oz Glove: A Buyer’s Guide

Finding the perfect 16 oz glove involves evaluating multiple factors beyond just weight. Here’s what to look for.

Fit and Sizing matter more than many boxers realize. Your gloves should feel snug without cutting off circulation. Your knuckles should sit naturally in the padding with minimal shifting inside the glove. When you make a fist, there should be no dead space, and your wrist should feel stable and supported.

Closure System significantly impacts your training experience. Hayabusa’s T3 features two interlocking straps for superb fit every time, with dual-X interlocking wrist straps delivering a comfortable and precise fit. Velcro closures offer quick adjustment and convenience, while lace-up systems provide maximum wrist support and stability. For sparring, many prefer lace-up closures because they lock your wrist in place throughout the round.

Material Quality determines durability and longevity. Hayabusa boxing gloves are constructed from high-quality materials, built to withstand the rigors of intense training and competition, with reinforced stitching and premium leather ensuring that your gloves maintain their integrity. Look for genuine leather or premium synthetic materials that resist wear and tear.

Foam Technology is where the magic happens. Multi-layered technology foam composition supplies ultimate knuckle protection, with world-renowned splinted support providing perfect wrist alignment. Different foam densities serve different purposes—softer foams absorb impact better, while denser foams offer more responsiveness. Advanced multi-layer systems like those found in flagship models combine both benefits.

Ventilation and Comfort matter during long training sessions. Hayabusa gloves feature breathable fabric and moisture-wicking lining, keeping your hands cool and dry during training. Look for interior fabrics that regulate temperature and prevent excessive sweat buildup.

Caring for Your 16 oz Gloves: Extending Their Lifespan

Proper maintenance dramatically extends the life of your boxing gloves. After each training session, allow your gloves to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area—never in direct sunlight or near heat sources. This prevents material degradation and mold growth.

To combat odor buildup, place glove deodorizers inside after training or use crumpled newspaper to absorb moisture. Some boxers swear by leaving their gloves in the freezer overnight to kill bacteria, though this should be done occasionally, not regularly.

Rotate between multiple pairs of gloves when possible. This gives each pair adequate time to dry completely between sessions and distributes wear more evenly. If you train frequently, having two or three pairs extends the overall lifespan of your equipment significantly.

Know when to replace your gloves. If the padding becomes noticeably flattened, your wrist support feels compromised, or the exterior material shows significant damage, it’s time for new gloves. Quality gloves from reputable brands typically last 1-3 years depending on training frequency and intensity.

Top Use Cases and Common Mistakes to Avoid

Best Uses for 16 oz Gloves: These gloves shine during sparring sessions where protection is paramount. They’re also excellent for heavy bag work when you’re focused on power development and conditioning. Pad work with a partner benefits significantly from the protection 16 oz gloves provide. Endurance training sessions where you’re going multiple rounds also showcase the benefits of heavier gloves.

Common Mistakes to Avoid: The biggest error is using the same pair of gloves for both heavy bag work and sparring. The wear patterns differ, and you’ll sacrifice either protection or durability. Don’t over-tighten velcro closures—secure enough to be stable, but not so tight you restrict circulation. Avoid leaving wet gloves in your gym bag or car, as moisture promotes material breakdown. Don’t skip hand wraps under your gloves; they provide crucial support and protection that gloves alone cannot deliver. Finally, resist the urge to use 16 oz gloves if you’re a lightweight or beginner working primarily on speed—lighter gloves serve that purpose better.

Hayabusa 16 oz Gloves: Top Recommendations for 2025

When evaluating premium 16 oz boxing gloves for 2025, Hayabusa’s lineup offers exceptional choices across multiple price points and training styles. The Hayabusa T3 is recognized as the most advanced and protective gloves in the world, renowned for wrist support and featuring two interlocking straps for superb fit every time, with ergonomic design created to protect and align your hands with each strike.

The T3 features dual-X interlocking wrist straps delivering a comfortable and precise fit, world-renowned splinted support providing perfect wrist alignment, multi-layered technology foam composition supplying ultimate knuckle protection, and virtually indestructible Vylar exterior providing unparalleled resilience.

For those exploring additional options, Hayabusa’s product line includes models at various price points, each designed with specific training goals in mind. When shopping Hayabusa’s website, prioritize product pages that clearly highlight intended use (sparring vs. heavy bag work), padding technology specifications, and closure system details. Look for models emphasizing wrist support and foam technology, as these factors most significantly impact training effectiveness and hand protection.

The investment in quality gloves pays dividends through superior protection, extended lifespan, and improved training results. Whether you’re preparing for competition or focused on serious conditioning, the right 16 oz gloves make all the difference in your boxing journey.

Seth Rollins says he’s out for six months in first appearance since surgery

On the NFL Network’s Good Morning Football, former WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins made his first public appearance since undergoing shoulder surgery, coming out dressed in the Staley Da Bear Chicago Bears outfit…and in a sling.

He then had some help removing the top cover of the costume and Rollins’ theme song kicked in in the studio.

“We’re back,” screamed Rollins, before cutting a promo.

One of the hosts said nobody believes it’s real, after Rollins pulled a similar stunt earlier in the Summer when he showed up to the show with crutches to fake his knee injury.

“I wish I could take this thing off man, but I’m out…I’m out of action for six months,” Rollins said, pretending to cry.

“My World Championship is going to be worn by some schmuck, either Jey Uso or CM Punk. It’s awful. It really is the Halloween scaries, guys,” Rollins continued.

D-Von Dudley accuses Jim Ross of racism while in WWE

WWE and TNA Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley accused commentator Jim Ross of racism during his WWE stint, revealing his name after he alluded to an individual with power within WWE of treating him badly in a couple of earlier interviews.

D-Von never mentioned JR’s name until today after fans began speculating who it might have been. He dropped Ross’ name on the Devon & The Duke podcast on YouTube.

Earlier this month, D-Von alluded that when he was in WWE between 1999 and 2000, an individual told him that they did not like him because he was black.

“Was it JR?” D-Von said. “Yes. I did have a problem with JR back then and I didn’t know why.”

Ross was the Head of Talent Relations in WWE at the time.

He said that he is not angry at JR today and he knows that the popular commentator is going through health problems and he prays to God that he recovers.

“But was I disappointed with that man when he said the things he said to me back then? Yes I was,” D-Von said.

In the earlier interview, D-Von said that he was very hurt and bothered by what he was told and said that Paul Heyman, Tommy Dreamer, and Spike Dudley were present when this racism took place.

He said that he has not talked to Ross and he has nothing to say to him because Ross never apologized once for the things he said.

Nikki Bella reflects on Raw match and upcoming tag team match

On today’s episode of SiriusXM’s The Nikki and Brie Show, Nikki Garcia reflected on an unforgettable Monday Night RAW and teased changes for her upcoming tag match.

Nikki Garcia reflects on Monday Night RAW (8:31-10:38)

Nikki Garcia: I feel great. What I love is every time I go out there, I’m being pushed harder. I’m learning more about myself in this era and I sit and watch, and I get feedback from like you and Bryan, from myself, and I know what I need to do next and how I need to improve even more, the little things I could change, but I was so proud of Monday and I got a lot of great feedback and I mean, your girl was trending number one worldwide girl.

Brie Garcia: I’m not even on Twitter and I saw it.

Nikki Garcia: Oh, thanks, but even besides that, and you know, Brie, if there’s a lot for me, like JJ on the group text when he’s just played a pickup soccer game. He’s like, “Nicole, I don’t know how you’re doing it. Like I already need an ice bath and I played goalie,” so there’s just a lot of moments for me where I just continued to push myself out of my comfort zone. I wanted to bring in more moves and challenge myself and things that I used to do and I’m going against someone with a 20-year difference, you know?

Brie Garcia: I think it’s incredible.

Nikki Garcia: It really is.

Brie Garcia: And it’s nice for women of my age and older, and even I think, you know, women who are coming up on 40 to see a woman on television competing against people in their youth in their 20s. It’s nice to see that. It feels good. It’s like, you know, I think I when I see a lot of people, you know, cheer people on or say, “Oh, this is my favorite actress,” or whatever. There’s some similarity in that person that they feel they share with, and that’s why they get connected, so you’re doing it for all of us mamas, and we love it.

Nikki Garcia: Well, thank you, and you know, it’ll come a time where, you know, I won’t even really have to talk about age much, right? But it’s just the era I’m in and it’s a professional sport, but what I love is just for myself, I get to continue to see me grow, get better, keep bringing it up another notch and I know what I’m going to do next week for the Tag Match. I know the things that I’m going to work on this week in the gym and in training and I know the changes I’ll make and I’m not even going to tell you them because I want you to point them out.

The Nikki & Brie Show hosted by Nikki & Brie Garcia is available anytime on the SiriusXM app. New episodes every Monday and Thursday. Listen to the full episode here.

Men’s Blood and Guts match announced for November 12 Dynamite

Blood and Guts

It seems like that fans are getting not one but two Blood and Guts matches this year.

The tease was dropped on last night’s Dynamite following the conclusion of the Jon Moxley vs Kyle O’Reilly’s match. The post-match had a brawl between The Conglomeration and The Death Riders and after the dust cleared, Mark Briscoe ripped Moxley’s faction and said that he and his crew came up with a perfect solution.

Briscoe handed the mic to Orange Cassidy to announce the solution and he casually said, “Blood and Guts.”

The match will have Darby Allin, Mark Briscoe, Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly, and Orange Cassidy vs Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Pac, Daniel Garcia, and Wheeler Yuta.

A women’s Blood and Guts match, the first one so far, is also on the menu for the November 12 broadcast but it’s still missing a couple of participants as one side has Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata and the other side has Julia Hart, Skye Blue, and Thekla, with five other women expected to be announced soon.
