Rook has already made his debut on NXT and is the British indie star formerly known as Will Kroos.

Danhausen signs with Adventure Media for representation

Deadline is reporting in an exclusive story that WWE Superstar Danhausen has signed with Adventure Media for management in all areas, the same company which represents The Miz and other WWE Superstars for non-WWE projects.

Danhausen’s meteoric rise in WWE continued with several appearances on ESPN, including one this week where he cursed the Cleveland Cavaliers during an appearance on NBA Today. As faith would have it, the Cavs lost a 22-point lead in the fourth quarter and lost to the New York Knicks in game 1 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.

According to Deadline, Adventure Media “will focus on growing Danhausen’s IP in film, TV, digital, publishing and other business ventures.”

Danhausen made his WWE debut at the Elimination Chamber premium live event in a universally-panned segment. But credit to him and those at WWE, they managed to turn things around big time and Danhausen has been outselling major WWE Superstars when it comes to merchandise, even earning special points and a shout-out by Triple H and Nick Khan at a recent WWE town hall.

How you doin’? WWE reportedly interested in bringing back Enzo Amore and Big Cass

There are reports circulating that WWE is interested in bringing back Enzo Amore and Big Cass as a tag team.

Amore was at the WWE Performance Center this week and Cass’ contract with AEW is expiring very soon, adding more fuel to the fire.

The WrestleVotes show on Fightful said that WWE is now looking into bringing the two back together after they got individually fired for different reasons several years ago.

Amore was fired from WWE in 2018 after sexual assault allegations came to light. Those accusations never resulted in any charges being filed against him. Cass also got fired just five months later, after he got in trouble for going off script while in an angle with a little person on Smackdown.

Big Cass now wrestles as Big Bill in AEW and has been under contract since 2022.

AEW President Tony Khan talks addition of Mick Foley to AEW

Mick Foley’s appearance at Double or Nothing this weekend will not be a one-time thing according to AEW President Tony Khan.

Talking during a press conference call ahead of the show, Khan said that the Hardcore Legend will be at some television shows as well and could see Foley as a brand ambassador for AEW. He also said that Foley could be influential to the AEW roster in different ways and will work with the talent and contribute to the shows.

Asked if he could see Foley wrestle again, Khan was noncommittal but said if Foley does want to wrestle again, he hopes it will be for AEW.

“I also don’t want to put him in a situation in which he’ll be uncomfortable,” Khan said. “I want him to feel good about this and I know he’s taken so many big hits and had such an amazing career with so many spectacular moments. Physically, I would ever only ask him to wrestle if he felt up to it and that he could live up to the physical demand.”

Foley will be part of the Buy In show, presenting along with Renee Paquette for his AEW debut.

“WHEREFORE, for the foregoing reasons, the Defendant respectfully requests this Honorable Court to enter an Order allowing him to travel out of the State of Florida and internationally,” the motion said.

Asuka addresses her in-ring future in a video on her KanaChanTV YouTube

In a video posted on her KanaChanTV YouTube channel, former WWE Raw and Smackdown Women’s champion Asuka went into more detail about her absence from WWE following her match against Iyo Sky at Backlash.

Asuka appeared on Raw the following night to say goodbye to Sky and walked out of the arena with her luggage.

The Japanese star said that she is aware that there are a lot of rumors regarding her future and why she has decided to walk away and wanted to address some of the speculation.

“The truth is, it was a personal matter… I reached out to WWE and we talked it through,” she said. “But let’s be clear, as you all know from watching my matches, I can still go. I am still at the top of my game!”

Asuka noted that she’s been in WWE for over 10 years and was part of everyone’s daily routine at which point her presence just became something everyone took for granted.

“But remember, nothing lasts forever. Everything is finite. You see, I’m not just a wrestler by trade, I’m a designer too. Even the way I live my life has to be art,” she continued.

She said she’s still officially part of WWE and might pop up on TV when we all least expect it. She said that no one will ever make the impact she did from day one and no one will climb to the top and grab every title as fast as she did.

“So from here on out, if you ever catch a glimpse of me, you better cherish it,” Asuka said. “Because it’s going to be rare. That said, my YouTube channel and social media are staying active to stay connected with you guys!”

Ludwig Kaiser’s legal team file motion for international travel after arrest

PWInsider.com is reporting that Ludwig Kaiser’s legal team filed a motion this morning in Orange County, Florida, requesting permission for their client to travel freely internationally following his arrest yesterday.

The attorneys wrote in the motion that his job requires him to travel across the country and internationally. If it’s ruled that he cannot travel, his mask vs mask match against Original El Grande Americano in Mexico later this month will be in jeopardy.

Kaiser, real name Marcel Barthel, learned of his arrest warrant on May 19 and flew straight from Mexico to turn himself in yesterday.

It is unclear at this point if he will face repercussions from WWE for his actions but considering he’s currently in one of the hottest feuds in Mexico, it’s unlikely that anything will happen until that is wrapped up.
