Edge to make history as the youngest WWE Hall of Famer
Reported by: Colin Vassallo, on Jan 10, 2012 - 5:26:05 PM

The Rated R Superstar, a year after he retired from the ring, gets his spot among other greats in the wrestling business and on March 31, at the age of 38 years old, former WWE and World Heavyweight champion Edge makes history as the youngest WWE Hall of Famer.

His Hall of Fame announcement was the first one made yesterday on RAW and despite his young age and thirteen year career, it's hard to argue that Edge doesn't deserve a place in the Hall of Fame.

He is a former seven time World champion, four time WWE champion, five time Intercontinental champion, twelve time tag team champion, U.S. champion, King of the Ring, and Royal Rumble winner.

On the "After Math" show on The Score, Edge said that inducted him in the Hall of Fame seemed "soon" however he was honored and takes it as a compliment. He was told that that the vote between WWE employees and Superstars to induct him was unanimous and that made him more "at ease" about the decision.
