Young WWE fan Scarlett Guillen who struck a bond with Charlotte Flair passes away

Scarlett Guillen, the eight-year-old WWE fan who struck a close bond with Charlotte Flair over the past several months, has sadly passed away after a battle with Diffuse Midline Glioma, a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer.

Young Scarlett designed Charlotte’s Survivor Series gear last year and even made it to WrestleMania, where Charlotte held her up and took her around ringside to high-five fans before taking her and her family backstage.

Just last week, Scarlett celebrated her birthday and received a special message from “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair, who said she is the strongest and bravest person he knows.

“Scarlett Ivory Guillen entered the gates of heaven, oh how much you will be missed, you are one of the greatest gifts of our lives,” her parents wrote in a post on Instagram.

The parents also requested that if someone has photos or stories of her to kindly share them with the family via e-mail.
