The documentary of The Iron Sheik, titled The Sheik, will be making its debut next week on Saturday, April 26, at the Hot Docs International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.

This doc will showcase the entertaining life story of Khosrow Vaziri, the man behind The Iron Sheik gimmick, from being bodyguard to the Shah of Iran to becoming WWE champion and later a Hall of Famer.

The drug abuse, injuries, tragic losses and everything in between is covered in this documentary which was filmed between 2006 and 2014 and also features interviews with Mick Foley, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Jim Ross, and several others in the pro wrestling business.

The doc will be available for download as well on Sheikmovie.com for $9.99 starting May 31.
