Tammy “Sunny” Sytch gets thrown in jail again

ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that Tammy “Sunny” Sytch has been arrested in Pennsylvania for violating her parole.

The WWE Hall of Famer was arrested around 10:30PM EST by Carbon County officers although it’s not clear what part of her parole she violated.

In August, she got lucky in court after the judge sentenced her to 90 days in jail but ruled that her 97 days that she spent in rehab can be used as jail credit. However he handed down a 5-year parole with bi-weekly alcohol testing, 125 hours of community service and a fee of $2,100. The judge also warned her that there will be zero tolerance this time around and he would throw her back in jail on her first run-in with the law.

Sunny was facing up to 270 days in jail – 90 days for each DUI violation – had the judge imposed the maximum sentence.
