WWE Hall Of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat will be teaming with FTR for his first match back in 12 years at an event promoted by Big Time Wrestling under the name of Return of the Dragon.
Steamboat and the ROH, AAA, and IWGP Tag Team champions will take on Jay Lethal, Brock Anderson, and a mystery partner. Arn Anderson will be in the corner of his son, Lethal, and whoever ends up being the third person in that team.
The 69-year-old recently turned down the opportunity to be part of Ric Flair’s Last Match event as he said he prefers for fans to remember him against Jericho in their last WWE match instead. He last wrestled in 2010 at an FCW show, teaming with his son Richie to take on Trent Beretta & Caylen Croft.
Steamboat last appeared on television for AEW in August for the House of Dragon themed episodes.
Return of the Dragon will take place on Sunday, November 27 from the Dorton Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina.
