Ryback in talks with Bellator for MMA shot

Former WWE Intercontinental champion Ryback is in negotiations with Bellator to enter the world of mixed martial arts.

Bellator CEO Scott Coker said that the two sides have spoke about the possibility however there’s “nothing close” to a done deal.

Ryback, who left WWE in August and just recently legally changed his name to Ryback Reeves, would be following in the footsteps of Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley, and CM Punk who decided to take a shot inside the cage. Lashley, despite being under contract with TNA, fights for Bellator and has a fight next month for the promotion.
