Former three-time AEW World champion MJF was voted as the #1 in the 2026 Pro Wrestling Illustrated Top 500 rankings.
MJF unseated Cody Rhodes who occupied the #1 spot in 2024 and 2025 after the 36th annual rankings were revealed today.
The top 10 list includes three stars from AEW, five from WWE, one from CMLL, and one from NJPW.
Coming in number #2 was Cody Rhodes, followed by fellow WWE Superstar CM Punk in #3. CMLL’s Mistico occupied the #4 spot while Konosuke Takeshita took #5.
“Hangman” Adam Page was in #6, NJPW’s Yota Tsuji was in #7, current WWE United States champion Trick Williams took #8, Oba Femi in #9, and Gunther wrapped up the top 10 chart.
This year’s rankings is the first time since 2013 that a combination of former Shield members Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Jon Moxley failed to make the top 10 chart.
