Janel Grant, whose lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE has now moved out of the public eye and into private arbitration, revealed on her Instagram account that she suffered from a concussion after falling at home.
Grant described how “daily atrophy” contributed to her fall, which led to broken ribs, lung hemorrhage, and also a concussion.
She wrote that she has no recollection of what happened after she fell and has days of memory loss.
“I have no memory of the days that followed. I didn’t know I hit my head or that I kept falling. I have no memory from those days of blood trails, bruising, busted body parts and becoming an unrecognizable version of myself,” she wrote. “My next memory is days later. I was being driven to the hospital out of concern about my well-being.”
Grant and her legal team agreed to move their case to private arbitration after months of refusal and wanting to go ahead with a public trial.
