Hulk Hogan’s final WWE appearance trumped by boos from audience

Hulk Hogan’s last appearance on WWE television came on the January 6 Raw Netflix premiere, and the Los Angeles crowd was none too pleased to see the leader of Hulkamania.

The crowd inside the Intuit Dome booed the former WWE champion out of the building after his music stopped and the reaction seemed to have taken the Hulkster by surprise. Hogan still thanked the fans for sticking with him “through thick and thin” and then soldiered on with his promo.

At that time, Hogan was doing PR work for now-President Donald Trump and the mostly blue-leaning city quickly let him know what they think.

Hogan was scheduled to do an appearance at Saturday Night’s Main Event as well in San Antonio later that month but after he was used for marketing for the show, it was announced that Hogan was not going to be there and instead he was attending his son’s wedding.
