Dwayne Johnson comments on the death of fellow F&F castmate Paul Walker

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was part of the Fast & Furious family that was shocked by the sudden death of one the main actors of the franchise, Paul Walker.

“All my strength, love & faith to the Walker family during this heartbreaking time,” Johnson wrote on his Twitter after the news was made public. “We find our strength.. in his light. Love you brother.”

Later Johnson posted a photo of himself with Walker on the red carpet of Fast 5 on his Instagram account with the simple message, “Love you brother.” Johnson missed the Fast & Furious 6 red carpets and openings as he was injured following WrestleMania.

The Rock joined the F&F crew for the Fast Five movie and was made a regular for the franchise, and just a few days ago wrapped up his portion of the filming for Fast 7.

It’s not known if he will be recalled for any additional scenes or changes due to Walker’s death, who had not finished all his scenes by the time of his passing.
