Dolph Ziggler’s brother Donald sentenced to 15 years in prison

Donald Nemeth, the 30-year-old brother of WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler, was sentenced to 15 years in prison along with his partner-in-crime for the death of a 34-year-old military veteran and drug dealer killed during a botched robbery last year.

The judge sentenced Nemeth after he pleaded guilty last month to involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping and robbery charges. Both he and his partner initially denied the murder charge and were facing a possibility of life in prison if convicted.

According to a report The Defenders Criminal Defense Lawyers said that it wasn’t him who killed Joshua Mascol, but his partner Jack King. Nemeth did not blame King for the murder. Nemeth fidgeted at his table and adjusted his shirt collar and tie throughout the hearing, before he apologized to Mascol’s family. “I’ve been battling severe addiction issues and I lost a good friend because of it,” he said, before saying he wanted to make things right and apologized to the family.
