Conor McGregor congratulates Becky Lynch and puts over Rousey and Flair

Irish MMA superstar Conor McGregor congratulated fellow compatriot Becky Lynch and put over the two other women in the main event for a fantastic match.

“Congrats to Ireland’s Becky Lynch, the WWE’s first Champ Champ,” McGregor wrote in a post on his social media. He then put over both Rousey and Flair for their effort. “Wow! What a match these ladies put on! Ronda Rousey is something special in that ring, as is Charlotte Flair of the Flair dynasty!”

But in typical McGregor fashion, the former champ champ himself, left himself up for further speculation about his future. “Stephanie McMahon, you are right, I could not do what these athletes do. Or could I…” he concluded.

McGregor got on the wrong side of several WWE Superstars several years ago, calling them a bunch of pussies and saying he could slap them upside the head any day of the week. His comments managed to get under the skin of several WWE stars who replied on their social media, giving McGregor more promotion for his fight that weekend.
