Carlito is officially a free agent as his WWE contract has expired.

The Puerto Rican announced two weeks ago that WWE chose not to renew his deal and subsequently was leaving the company.

Carlito returned at Backlash 2023 which was held in Puerto Rico and got involved in the Bad Bunny vs Damian Priest match. He received a superstar reaction from his hometown crowd and was then signed to a new WWE deal, returning after 11 years.

He was recently part of the Judgment Day faction.
