Thunder Rosa injured, interim AEW Women’s champ to be crowned at All Out

AEW Women’s champion Thunder Rosa announced on Dynamite during a backstage segment that she is injured and is “stepping down” as the champion.

But AEW is going for the interim title route once again and it was pointed out very clearly during the segment that a match at All Out will determine the new interim champion.

An emotional Rosa wished good luck to Toni Storm, who was supposed to be her challenger at All Out, and told her that she hopes her wish of becoming champion comes true.

“But I wanna remind everyone that this is not going stop me, this is gonna make me better, and I’m gonna come back better and stronger, with an even bigger chip on my shoulder,” Rosa said.
