Taz thanks AEW for recognition at 2300 Arena

After AEW surprised Taz at the 2300 Arena following the live episode of Dynamite on Wednesday, the ECW legend thanked AEW President Tony Khan, the AEW production crew, and talent.

“I was completely blindsided & extremely surprised after this acknowledgment for me in Philadelphia last night at 2300 Arena,” Taz wrote on X.

He said that he appreciated everyone involved for taking the time to acknowledge his contributions to the industry and especially for making sure his wife and son were there next to him when it happened.

“Words cannot describe what this meant to me…thank you. Very much appreciated,” Taz wrote.

The Human Suplex Machine will be inducted into the 2300 Arena Hardcore Hall of Fame tomorrow and his banner will be raised along to be displayed with other banners commemorating previous inductees.
