Strickland dumps Lee, forms the Mogul Affiliates faction

The alliance between Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland came to a halt last night on Dynamite as Strickland dumped Lee and formed the Mogul Affiliates faction.

The two were supposed to be part of a face-to-face segment, mediated by Rick Ross, but Swerve didn’t want any of it and warned Lee that he should watch his back.

Parker Boudreaux, who has been with AEW for the past few months now, then attacked Lee and was later joined by newcomer and former MLB player Granden Goetzman. Boudreaux, Goetzman, and Strickland then placed Lee on the ring steps and put a cinder block on his chest which was shattered when Swerve hit a double foot stomp from the top rope, smashing it on his chest.

Ross eventually left the arena with the new faction, saying, “We’re coming to take over the whole game. All you know me for is one thing, and that’s winning, gettin’ big money. Ain’t no more friends, so let big fat funky know ain’t no making up.”
