Stars turn up to support Rebel backstage at Dynamite

PWInsider.com is reporting that the backstage area of Dynamite was pretty busy last night, with many wrestlers attending the show to support Rebel.

Gail Kim, Christy Hemme, Dasha Gonzalez, Allysin Kay, Marti Bella, Scarlett Bordeaux, and Killer Kross were all spotted backstage throughout the night as the wrestling community gathered for Tanea Brooks.

Rebel last wrestled for AEW in August 2022 as part of an episode of Dark and last got in a wrestling ring in February 2024 for GLCW, teaming with fellow AEW star Harley Cameron.

Yesterday’s Dynamite, marketed under the name of Rebel Heart, put a spotlight on Rebel and her fight against ALS. Rebel appeared on the show, first as part of The Waiting Room backstage segment, and then came out in her wheelchair to give Baker her glove during the closing moments of the trios match.
