Scott Garland, the man formerly known as Scotty 2 Hot in WWE, wrestled for AEW in a dark match last night before the Dynamite television tapings.

Garland, who wrestled under the name of Scott Taylor, joined the AEW Trios champions The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn in an eight-man tag team match against The Gunns, Jake Hager, and Matt Menard.

Much to the surprise of everyone, he entered the ring to his old Too Cool theme song from WWE which was produced by Jim Johnston. He also did many of his Too Cool moves, including the worm.

Garland works for AEW as a producer and was hired in the Summer of this year. He left WWE in 2021 where he worked as a coach at the WWE Performance Center.
