ROH Women’s Pure title tournament kicks off

The ROH Women’s Pure title tournament bracket was published by AEW President Tony Khan yesterday, four months after the creation of the title was announced.

The delay in crowning the inaugural champion was due to several injuries and other circumstances which prevented the tournament from being held.

On the left side of the bracket there’s Taya Valkyrie vs Queen Aminata which took place last night and then Deonna Purrazzo vs Trish Adora. The right side has Billie Starkz vs Olympia and Serena Deeb vs Yuka Sakazaki.

Aminata was the first one to advance after she beat Valkyrie during Death Before Dishonor.
