Kevin Von Erich signs “legends deal” with AEW

Texas wrestling legend Kevin Von Erich has signed a contract with AEW, described by his sons like a legends deal similar to the one which Sting has.

The news was revealed by Ross and Marshall Von Erich during their latest episode of The Claw podcast.

“So my dad’s coming with us. I don’t know if we should, or if it has been announced or anything, but my dad is officially AEW,” Marshall said. “He’s on the team. He’s with AEW now.”

He said that the two of them were also surprised that it happened but said it’s awesome that AEW are able to do “cool stuff like that.”

Ironically enough, The Von Erichs are not officially on the card for tonight’s Supercard of Honor. They currently hold the ROH Trios titles with Dustin Rhodes.
