The Casino Battle Royale winner Jungle Boy will receive his AEW World title shot on the June 26 episode of Dynamite.
The news was announced by AEW President Tony Khan on his weekly appearance on the Busted Open Radio show on SiriusXM.
Jungle Boy earned his shot after he eliminated Christian Cage on Sunday night at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view.
June 26 is a Saturday and Dynamite will be pre-empted that week again from its usual Wednesday time slot due to the NBA Playoffs. Last week’s Dynamite on Friday at 10PM was the least-watched episode of the show since its inception.
