Jon Moxley wins the 2025 Continental Classic tournament

The Continental Classic 2025 tournament came to a close last night at Worlds End with the final three matches taking place on the pay-per-view.

Kazuchika Okada defeated IWGP champion Konosuke Takeshita in the first semi final match and then Jon Moxley defeated Kyle Fletcher in the other semi final.

After the two went long – 17 and 22 minutes respectively – they were allowed some time to recover before the final match took place before the main event.

In the final, Death Riders member Moxley defeated the reigning Continental champion Okada to win the tournament and the title in the process after another 20-minute match.

Following the match, the usually-heel Moxley delivered what was a babyface promo in the middle of the ring, saying that this title was for everyone who was in the tournament and for all the fans who supported AEW.
