His court date is set for July 5 and the former champion is facing one count of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, driving with a canceled/suspended/revoked license, and violating restrictions placed on a driver’s license.

The AEW star was arrested on June 13 in Volusia County, Florida and Hardy had over three times the alcohol legal limit when he pulled over. The next day, AEW suspended him without pay and ordered him to go to rehab to retain his job.
