Jeff Hardy arrested in Florida, charged with DUI and driving with suspended license

AEW star Jeff Hardy was arrested at 12:45PM today in Volusia County, Florida.

Public records on the Volusia County Corrections website show that Hardy was charged with violating restrictions, driving while his license was suspended/revoked, and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, his third offense in 10 years.

A surety bond of $3,500 – $500 each for the first two charges and $2,500 for the third charge – was placed and the former champion is still locked up at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach.

Hardy is set to appear in front of a judge sometime tomorrow.

Jeff is supposed to team up with his brother Matt to take on The Young Bucks and Jurassic Express on Wednesday’s Dynamite in a triple threat ladder match.
