FTR wins the AAA Tag Team titles on Dynamite

The Lucha Bros lost their AAA Tag Team titles last night on Dynamite when Las Super Ranas – FTR under masks – beat them to become the new champions.

The identity of the masked tag team was unveiled when Fenix and Penta managed to unmask FTR during the match. But a distraction from Tully Blanchard was enough for Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler to get the upper hand on the popular lucha tag team and the team formerly known as The Revival won the match with a brainbuster.

The Lucha Bros had a whopping 853-day run with the titles after winning them from The Young Bucks in June 2019. The AAA Tag Team titles have been under AEW tag teams since March 2019 when The Young Bucks won them at the Rey de Reyes event.

With this win, FTR have now won the NXT, Raw, Smackdown, AEW, and AAA Tag Team titles.
