Briscoe vs Lethal, TNT championship match headline Dynamite tonight

AEW will finally get the chance to properly honor Jay Briscoe tonight after WBD gave the go-ahead. Six matches have been announced for tonight’s show, including a very emotional match for Jay who would have been 39 years old today.

Jay’s brother Mark will be taking on Jay’s arch rival Jay Lethal in one of the headlining matches tonight, a match which was requested by both stars to honor Jay. AEW President Tony Khan said that he worked hard to get this approved by the powers that be so it will be a very important match for all involved.

Also, TNT champion Darby Allin will be defending his title against Buddy Matthews, Bryan Danielson takes on Brian Cage, Chris Jericho teams with Sammy Guevara against Ricky Starks and Action Andretti, Ruby Soho battles Toni Storm, and Ethan Page and Matt Hardy take on Jack Perry and Hook.

Plus, there’s also a family therapy segment with The Acclaimed and The Gunns.
