First two matches for July 18 Saturday Night’s Main Event announced

The first two matches for the next Saturday Night’s Main Event have been announced.

Danhausen, a popular figure in New York City after “uncursing” the New York Knicks who eventually won the NBA title, will be battling JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day.

Matt Cardona told Danhausen that he could help him against Judgment Day if needed, but Danhausen informed him that he has a backup and someone from New York who he hopes would be in his corner for the match.

Also, WWE Women’s Tag Team champions Brie Bella and Paige will be defending their gold against Fatal Influence. Bella lost a match against Lainey Ried on Smackdown which eventually landed the team a shot at the titles.

Saturday Night’s Main Event takes place on July 18 live from Madison Square Garden. Thousands of tickets remain available at Tickemaster.com.
